Talent Acquisition Specialist
The position is responsible to perform the full cycle recruiting activities across multiple disciplines and, build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide expertise on the current trends and practices in talent acquisition.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop strong partnerships with client groups and the field HR team to ensure timely and effective planning of recruitment activities
• Build and manage requisitions as per our process in the applicant tracking system (ATS): Taleo
• Create and customize online job postings
• Develop a proactive sourcing strategy and place the posting on various job boards, association groups, schools or other media as appropriate for the position
• Screen resumes and perform phone interviews to build a short list of qualified candidates to be evaluated by hiring managers
• For identified roles build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates ready to be interviewed by hiring managers
• Offer a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Effectively promote career opportunities
• Contribute to projects or other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Secondary School Graduate – Post secondary studies in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (French and English) is a definite asset
• Experience with Taleo or other full cycle applicant tracking system [vacancy to hire] required
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an asset

• Efficient organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated accuracy, the ability to prioritize and attention to detail are critical
• Proficiency in developing professional relationship with HR partners and hiring managers.
• Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to drive continuous business process improvement
• Strong computer skills
